My name is Kate. I’m an American woman in my 40s. This means I struggle to find the balance between life, work, spirituality, and finding myself.
Oh, and I have “food issues.” This means I don’t have an eating disorder bad enough to get me hospitalized, but I’ve flirted with danger on occasion. Something keeps me from completely tipping over the edge, barely. For now.
