About Me

My name is Kate.  I’m an American woman in my 40s.  This means I struggle to find the balance between life, work, spirituality, and finding myself.

Oh, and I have “food issues.”  This means I don’t have an eating disorder bad enough to get me hospitalized, but I’ve flirted with danger on occasion.  Something keeps me from completely tipping over the edge, barely.  For now.

This blog is part of my efforts to get well.  Mentally, physically, and spiritually.  It’s a work in progress.  Construction Ahead.  Drive Carefully.
